Team Lead

We are an International Tech Scale-Up, based in Hilversum, the Netherlands, that is working on a next-generation observability product with an international team. We are on a mission to ease the complexities of running and evolving the digital enterprise and offer a platform that acts as the central nervous system of large- scale complex IT environments.

We are working on building the best Observability product experience for SREs and DevOps engineers and need the help of a Team Lead with enthusiasm for observability and the cloud-native space.

What you will do:

• Lead a cross-functional team to design and implement features that help SREs do more efficient root cause analysis.

• Ensure the team collaborates well, both internally and externally

• Coach and mentor your team members so they can reach their full potential

• Recruit new team members to expand your team

What we require:

• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer

• 3+ years of experience leading software development teams

• Experience with either Scala, Graph databases and/or React/javascript required

• Development practices methodologies and tools, specifically Scrum.

• Knowledge of modern DevOps practices.

• Experience working in a start-up environment.
