Who we are looking for
The ideal Sales Development Representative (SDR) candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
This role is a critical component of our new and growing US-based commercial team. You will help land the company's first customers in region and play an instrumental role in growing the business.
SDR Responsibilities
Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified meetings.
Use email, phone, and LinkedIn to connect with target prospects.
Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
SDR qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and goal-driven, with ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
